Our Tap Guest Artists will be coming the weekend of Dec 12-14 . Due to their schedules this was the weekend they could get to KC. They will be doing a tap line for our studio (ages 9 -18). They are looking for approximately 30 dancers.
The cost will be approximately 110 per dancer (cost of choreography, travel, & rehearsals).
On Friday they will have approximately 2 or 3 classes to get to know our kids & teach them some combinations…. Then they will start the piece on Saturday & finish it on Sunday ! Then Miss Liz will rehearse the piece each weekend prior to the competition.
We will hold an audition at the studio BEFORE the guest artists come, and shoot them a video so they can choose their dancers. We will hold this tap audition on the weekend of NOV 23 !
IF you plan to audition the for the TAP line by our guest artists PLEASE sign up in the office beginning tonight. THE sign up sheet will be on Miss Liz's Desk . This will allow a tap audition to be set for the following weekend !
We are hoping to create a great experience with these outstanding choreographers for years to come, so lets make this first go round one that they will want to come back & work with our students !
