Below is the schedule for Spacing Rehearsal this Saturday, MARCH 7,2015 at Shawnee Mission West. We will start PROMPTLY at 8:00am / Times are approximate! You need to be ready to go at least 40 minutes PRIOR to the times listed below. We can run early or late (depending on our spacing needs). Dancers are to wear ALL BLACK DANCEWEAR & hair is to be secured back (NOT falling out). **IF you want to wear HATS or HEADPIECES to practice in, you may. BRING ALL PROPS and appropriate shoes !!!!
You CANNOT have FOOD OR DRINK inside the auditorium. WE may have food in the lobby area ONLY / WATER ONLY inside the auditorium !!!! ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL is permitted on the school premises. ALL TRASH needs to be put into the trash recepticles /trash cans. DANCERS are to remain in the THEATER SEATS to wait to be called to the stage. PLEASE do not talk on your phones inside the theater & absolutely NO running is allowed . ANY SIBLINGS ATTENDING NEED TO BE ABLE TO STAY SEATED during this rehearsal.
