Miss Jenny, our flexibility instructor is out of town this week, and would prefer to not have a sub this week for her classes, instead have this class go one more week in July (the week of July 27th)
So there will be no flexibility this week, but please mark your calendars that flexibility will go one week later in July 27 & July 30)
