This evening at LE Dance, a car was broken into. The car was parked on the side , nearest the yoga studio (first slot). It happened between 7:00 and 8:00pm. The car window on the passengers side was smashed and items taken out of the car.
We will be checking with neighboring businesses to see if anyone has a surveillance camera.
The description of the car is a tan "older" Lincoln Town Car (long boat of a car), driven by a bald man in his 40's. IF at anytime you see this vehicle around town, PLEASE call the Overland Park Police Dept.
We hate that this happened and want to remind EVERYONE, do NOT leave valuables in your car in plain view, and LOCK your cars.
