Below is the schedule for Costume Rehearsal – Solos will run in the order listed – Miss Liz will open studio at 10:30am – **STUDIOS 1 & 2 (studio 4 bathrooms & studio 3 bathroom) and lounge may be used for dressing rooms ** Dancers are to wear their full costumes (tights, hairpieces, gloves, socks, shoes, any props, choker / earrings) –
** NOTES will be taken by choreographers & any additions or changes will be sent out in an email ** Make sure you are organized & prepared for this day. The studio WILL get hot as the day goes on so dress accordingly.
WATER ONLY IN STUDIOS / NO FOOD IN STUDIOS / WATER ONLY – Best to eat outside on this particular day AND NEVER IN COSTUME !!!!!!
REMINDERS:
1) Cut all tags out of ANY costume / glove / tight / brief, etc…….
2) Undergarments CANNOT show under costumes (pin in / clear straps)
3) IF "turners"are worn for a dance, please tack the 2 straps where they criss cross in the back of the heel together (One strap will
fall off so tack together so they do not fall off)
4) Polish tap shoes & Clean jazz shoes
5) DO NOT WEAR ADIDAS hip hop sneaker ANYWHERE other than studio until AFTER competitions
6) REMOVE all nail polish (finger & toes()
7) Make sure straps are sewn to fit AND any gloves that don't fit need to be taken in so they do not fall down when dancing
8) ROLL ON "stick it " OR Sigvaris "IT Stays" sold at places that sell compression stockings will hold dancewear in place without tights.
