This is clarification in regards to the TRAILER fee. Regardless of if you are putting anything in the trailer to be taken to Fort Walton, the fee is applied to ALL company members. We all split this cost. This is to cover the cost of taking props & someone driving the trailer.
The trailer will be able to take costumes/shoes but NO additional personal luggage. Please pack compactly and LABEL ALL CLEARLY !!!
ON Wednesday, JUNE 22, we will plan to LOAD the trailer between 5:00-7:00pm. We will be taking inventory of what is being put into the trailer & will let you know WHERE and WHEN to pick up your costumes in Fort Walton.
