ON Sunday, Aug. 14 we will be having our Teacher/Company Member conferences. These conferences are not required, however they are HIGHLY recommended. Our teachers will be meeting with company members to discuss the past year (in class, performance, work ethic, attendance,choreography work, dance discipline, etc….) This is a chance for a brief overview of the past year. How the teacher/student perceived the last year. Students rarely get to "talk" to their teachers , and we feel it is beneficial for both student and teacher to talk over the last year. Hear from our students their thoughts, and goals for the upcoming year.
Bittys will meet with Mrs Liz, and Mr Marcus the first week of
Sunday, Aug 14
11:00-11:45am = Time aloted for those attending Between the Lines or those who may want to chat a bit longer than the 8-10 minute time slot.
11:45-1:15pm = Newbies
1:15-2:40pm = Minis
2:40-4:15pm = Petites/Teens
4:15-6:00pm = Jr/Sr Company
We will be going in alphabetical order (last name) per company
IF you are truly unable to attend the conference, please be sure to email LIZ asap. LIZ must know if you plan to not attend the conference. Also, if you need the earliest time slot due to BTL, or need to chat a tad longer email LIZ asap, so she can set that up.
Remember we HIGHLY encourage EVERY company member who plans on dancing 2016-2017 to attend these conferences.
