I spoke with my friend this morning and he IS going to be teaching at the St Louis LA Dance Magic. He's very excited we are bringing some kids. I called the hotel this morning there IS still availability, but we need to book to get rate.
Looks like 139.00 is our nightly rate / 77.00 tax for for both nights / there will be a parking fee (18 a day if staying at hotel ) / Gas for 2 cars probably 25.00 per kid.
Roughly 420 per day (not including food) for both nights at the hotel to be divided by the number of kids/adults in rooms. *Dependent on number of rooms needed*
If 4 kids go, plus Tess and I – thats about 150 per kid, plus the convention fee, and you can send food with them (we will help pack lunches / snacks) and we will plan to go get dinner on Friday & Saturday nights.
Please CONFIRM TODAY / ALSO, I am assuming the students attending will all be staying in the hotel with us ?
