THANKS for all the responses in regards to overlaps – I did my best to "fix".  If a dance meets "IN COSTUME" on Saturday, you will get notes at that time and they will NOT be on the Sunday schedule.  

 

Unless indicated DANCERS are to wear all BLACK DANCEWEAR (no lulu shorts, no gym type shorts, no loose tops, no graphics, – LOOK LIKE A DANCER) – Hair in Competition hair style  – Have ALL shoes, props, hats, etc…. – 

 

TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE – We may run early and we may run late – We always do our best – 

WATER ONLY is allowed in auditorium / Lunch hours 12:00-2:00pm we will have the commons area to eat lunches we bring (those are the ONLY hours we have the commons area ) You are welcome to leave to eat if time allows. 

 

WE CANNOT roam the high school/ We have only rented the stage/auditorium, theater dressing rooms, and the commons area from 12-2pm.  We cannot be in ANY other area.  ONLY WATER is allowed in the theater so PLEASE abide by this (it can cause us to not be allowed the following year if we break rules,that I sign )

Students are to be seated unless performing.  No running around will be tolerated.  Siblings may attend IF they are able to stay seated as an observer. 

 

Be in auditorium at least 30 minutes before scheduled time, to be properly warmed up and ready to go. Be respectful in the audience and support all our dancers as they perform.
