Saturday, March 23 Spacing Rehearsal at Blue Valley High School
**Times below are APPROXIMATE – We "may" run early OR If we run later students are required to stay so please make NO dinner plans, work, baby sitting…..
SATURDAY, MARCH 23 – Blue Valley High School
Doors open at 7:45am – Dances begin at 8:00am
IF a dance says "in costume" next to it, this means the dancers are to wear their costumes on stage & will not be required to do so on Sunday, 3/25 at LE Dance.
This means correct tights, hair piece, shoes, jewelry, etc…. THIS is NOT the focus today, so only select dances will do this and solos. AND MUST be able to do it in time alotted.
WE only have the small dressing rooms behind stage to use for costume changes so only those who are changing need to be back there.
**Unless indicated, DANCERS are to wear all black dancewear (no lulu shorts, or gym loose shirts , no graphics – LOOK LIKE A DANCER. Competition Hair style – Have all shoes, props, hats, etc….
WATER ONLY in the auditorium. Lunch hours are 11:45-1;15pm . We will have the commons area available at that time. You are welcome to leave to eat IF time allows to safely do so. Or have your lunch in the commons area.
WE CANNOT roam the high school. We have only rented the auditorium & theater dressing rooms. We cannot be in ANY other area. This is a closed rehearsal and only dancers & a parent are able to sit in audience (no friends, boyfriends, etc…) Students are to be seated unless performing. Siblings may attend IF they are able to stay seated as an observer.
BE IN AUDITORIUM 40 minutes prior to "scheduled" time. Be properly warmed up and ready to go ! IF you miss a spacing rehearsal because you are not in the auditorium and we start, you will be removed from the piece. Be respectful in the audience & support our dancers as they perform.

*All dance costumes are to be stoned , hemmed, taken in, whatever has been suggested is to be DONE (not, "oh, I know we will get to it " – NOPE, it needs to be DONE )
Correct bras, undergarments are to be worn
THE EXCEPTION IS TIGHTS – You must wear the right kind of tights, but if there are holes, then that is OK for costume dress day to avoid unnecessary wear on the new tights (BUT EVERYONE MUST HAVE 2 pairs of EVERY kind of tight needed – NO HOLES – NEW )
