All the votes have been tallied and MASQUERADE in Fort Walton Beach, FL will be our destination.
Nationals will be mandatory for all Senior, Junior, Petite, Mini, and Newbie Companies (Bittys will NOT be going to nationals)
Masquerade Nationals dates are June 27 – July 3, 2020 (With FINALS being on July 3 which means you won't get out of there till later in the evening!) July 4 would be your best option to fly home, unless you are driving and plan to drive at night.
Usually June 27 is the Parade of Stars dancers for rehearsals for the opening of the Finals. Parade of Stars are chosen from the regional dance competition of Masquerade happening in April in St Louis.
We WILL have a rehearsal while in Fort Walton, usually before groups start like on Monday evening somewhere, that ALL dancers will need to be present for.
You may want to room with another mom & daughter or if your whole family is attending great ! More support 🙂
Masquerade Nationals offers LOTS of opportunities while there. They do a Dancer of the Year classes & competition. Parade of Stars performance opportunity chosen from regionals. We participate in a Studio Parade (required for ALL competition dancers).
Normally we all try to stay in the same hotel, however I have listed condos (one hotel) that are literally next to one another, and on the beach, that you may choose from:

Holiday Inn (on Miracle Strip)
PLEASE let LIZ know "which" establishment you will be staying in, as we will need to know WHERE everyone is staying.
