As far as rhinestoning or adding anything for solo costumes, parents are usually the ones to work on these. Teachers/choreographers are HAPPY to give input, but you will be working thru Rebecca Wallick in regards to getting stones. She will be sending me a solo spreadsheet shortly and you will order from her directly.
If you want to add sequins or such, just discuss with your choreographer prior to doing any additions. You may also add hair pieces or such, but just talk with your choreographer.
