Oct 26-30 or Oct 26 – 31, 2016  (options)  **MUST have a minimum of 30 dancers & room block of at least 20 rooms ***

This is open to ALL company dancers, and their families (and even other relatives if you'd like) 

Airfare – everyone on their own / Disney Magical Express will be our transportation from the airport to the Disney Lodging Properties

Lodging:  We must stay on the Disney Property – Basically I have listed the 2 options available:

1) POP CENTURY ("value" resort)  – Newest in the line of Value resorts  – 140.00 a night

   

2) PORT ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER ("moderate" resort) – level up from value but not luxury

     235.00 a night 

Once I know who will be attending, I will call to reserve the BLOCK of rooms needed at each property, and will have to make a deposit at that time.  Then we will do what is called "CALL IN GROUP RESERVATION" where each family will call into a special reservation phone number and guarantee their rooms with individual credit cards.  

**Ages 3 & older have to have a pass / these passes are for ages 3 & up

Options listed below are for a 3 day HOPPPER pass, 4 day HOPPER pass, and a 5 day Hopper Pass.  Hopper Pass tickets are valid for admission to One or More of the four Walt Disney World theme parks for each day of the ticket (with the freedom to visit multiple parks on the same day )

3 – Day Hopper Pass = 248.00

4 – Day Hopper Pass = 275.00

5- Day Hopper Pass = 330.00

Mickeys Not so Scary halloween Party on 10/28 day for ages 3-9 = 98.00

IF INTERESTED in this event, you must tell Liz when ordering Hopper passes, as these have to be ordered when we order all our Hopper Passes. 

**PRINCESS meet & greets, you will be able to do your own "FAST PASS", once you have received your tickets by going to MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE and putting in your ticket numbers, and then you can do the "extras" if you would like.  

Those dancers performing at DISNEY, must use the MEARS transportation to and from the performing venue (which has not been designated as of yet)  

WE WILL PERORM ON THURSDAY, OCT 27th ! 

Mears is who MUST take your performers back stage, etc, and transport the kids.  They stay with the performers & will make ONE pick up and ONE return.  So we will have to have a designated spot to pick up all our dancers on performance day and to return them back to the same spot.  

COST will depend on the number of performers but could range between 25 to 40 per kid.(LESS if we have more dancers attending) 

I called Universal to see about GROUP rates.  Deal is unless you have a YOUTH group (meaning more youths than adults, then we can get a "deal", otherwise we will not get any group discount UNLESS we do a 2 day option, which for the length of our stay would not work with our Hopper pass options)

But if our YOUTH exceeds out ADULT ratio, we will get the group discount.  

Otherwise here is the price: 

Ages 3-9 for ONE day ticket = 150.00

Ages 10 & up for ONE Day ticket = 155.00 

**WE will have to purchase as a GROUP if we all are going, but if only a select few decide to go, then we will just go on our own (UBER !) 

**UNIVERSAL has a great HORROR nights for "older" kids (13 & up) not sure of cost

The last time LE DANCE went to Disney we had a blast !!!!  We performed, met up for a group pic in front of the Magic Kingdom castle, we met up in parks to see shows …….
