Everyone needs to pay for HOTEL.Those that sent a check the week prior last year, Tess returned to you. They were not deposited.
Cost for hotel (4 rooms, 2 nights) / hotel taxes / parking per vehicle per night / gas,
will be 140.00 per kid (Additional $ will be needed to go to dinner at night – we will monitor what is ordered & be "thrifty" )
Friday, Jan 12 we will plan to leave around 3:00pm from LE Dance
We will plan to eat dinner once we hit ST Louis.
BREAKFAST – send something they will like for 2 mornings ( granola bar, or we can make them a PBJ, or a piece of fruit ?
LUNCHES: We thought if we have the makings for the lunches, then Tess & I and Ellery can make the kids lunches each morning.
Renkemeyer & Gabel : Turkey (2 lbs at most)
Briere & Ulowetz: Peanut Butter / Jelly
Mullins / Quigley: Ham (2 lbs at most)
Occhipinto : Baggies /Napkins / Small mustard
Sullivan / Cavaliere: Chips or snack crackers
Obrien / Deppe : Fruit / fruit snacks/ 2 loaves bread total
Liz will bring lunch bags
Snacks for throughout day (send nuts, or individual packs of snacks, granola bar, etc…)
Dinner – We will take kids on Friday & Saturday to go eat (send $)
Sunday – Depending on when we leave Sunday (anticipating 3:00ish), we will most likely just book it home / Possibly hit a drive thru / Liz will text when we leave STL, so we can know when to meet at LE Dance for pick up on Sunday.
LIZ & TESS will be happy to keep kids money if you want to put it in an envelope with their name on it for dinners. If they are fine to handle their own money thats cool too.
**They will most likely sell LA Dance Magic apparel, IF you allow your child to purchase something thats fine. Tess/Ellery or Liz will be happy to assist in helping them choose something appropriate 🙂 IF you don't want them to buy stuff, just say no 🙂
WEAR appropriate dance wear for convention (leotard / or crop top & booty shorts / Leggings & crop top) NO baggy shirts or tanks. You may bring sweat pants or flannels for hip hop . Bring all dance shoes so you are prepared. Miss Liz/ Tess/ Ellery will be HAPPY to assist in doing hair ! We are good at hair ! Wear LE Dance Jackets when NOT dancing in a ball room.
