So, evidentally if you call the host hotel in Des Moines, they will tell you they are sold out and no rooms in the block or outside the block. However 2 moms have now told me they went online and got rooms at that hotel at Hyatt.com
SO I say try that if you are still needing a room.
I DID call Groove to let them know that the Hyatt was "sold out", and they said they would look into it, and see what they could do and would get back to me.
