This is just a reminder that all costume fees and competition fees, and spacing fees are to be paid by now.  If you have not paid these balances, please do so asap.  Credit card fees must be paid & late fees will be added for those delinquent.   Tess will be in the office on Tuesday if you have questions.

Add-on invoices will be forthcoming.  These are costumes that were purchased after the initial ordering (store bought, or online, seamstress etc.)  Accessory add ons: gloves, socks, hats, appliques, props, etc… 

Private lesson fees are invoiced. 

Rhinestones should be be here this week.  Rebecca Wallick will be handling the stone distribution.  Rebecca has all rhinestone orders from instructors.  She will handle invoicing.  There will be a large binder in the office, and once you have been invoiced, checks are to be put in the according folder per last name.  Once Rebecca receives your check she will put rhinestones in an envelope back in the accordion binder with the students name on it to be picked up.  

Checks are made to LE Dance. 

Once rhinestones have been distributed, choreographers will create a sample of the rhinestoning pattern and those costumes will be in the office for viewing .  

All alterations should be done prior to rhinestoning. 

Solos – please converse with choreographer in regards to rhinestones or appliques, or hair pieces.
