LE DANCE must remain closed until April 23 at this time due to being “ non- essential” and cannot gather groups yet. Our goal is to return to normal classes once we are lifted to do so.
In the meantime we will be setting up Zoom classes and some videos for kids to do at home .
We will forward all that information once we have them ready to go.
We hope everyone is staying safely at home so we can get back to dance asap! We miss all of you so much and look forward to when we can all be together at the studio.
Things we can do at home :
practice dances / rehearse
work on flexibility
Stretch
use thera bands to increase strength and flexibility
improv
Video self and watch as a tool to improve
Work on achieving goals: better feet / headstands/ splits 3 ways/ balancing on releve/ push ups/ core stamina/ etc..
Move everyday and utilize your time by adding dance at least 3-4 times a week.
